Ez115 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using ez115's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ez115 platform via the website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use ez115's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ez115 as the platform operator. ez115 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use following any changes is considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The ez115 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ez115 reserves the right to request proof of identity verification at any time.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To use ez115's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid payment method. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering more than one account under the same individual may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ez115 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the ez115 platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems. The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technical means to access or exploit the platform is not permitted.
Users are also prohibited from sharing their account with another individual, impersonating another user, or providing false information during registration or identity verification. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or closure of the account.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the ez115 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ez115 does not accept or process payments in any foreign currency. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Deposits are credited to a user's account as soon as payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method. ez115 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process that may require identity verification. ez115 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal processing if any suspicious activity is detected or if certain conditions have not been met. All withdrawals will be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
Ez115 reserves the right to decline or void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. Any taxes or fees arising from winnings are solely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.

Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Ez115 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and severity of the breach.
Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the ez115 support team. Any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the review, subject to any outstanding obligations.
Ez115 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss. In any event, ez115's maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Ez115 services are provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranties. ez115 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or malicious software.
All content on the ez115 platform — including logos, text, images, designs, interfaces, source code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of ez115 or its respective licensors and is protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ez115.
The ez115 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment gateways. ez115 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of each third-party service independently of the ez115 platform.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ez115 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ez115 platform shall first be resolved through confidential discussion. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably within 30 days, it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone shall be severed while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect. ez115's failure to enforce any right under these terms at any given time shall not be construed as a waiver of that right going forward.
